CASTALIAN SPRINGS, Tenn. - The post office in Castalian Springs reopened Friday.
Residents can use the facility, which is smaller than the one a tornado destroyed on Feb. 5.
A series of severe storms swept across the state, killing more than 30 people and destroying homes and other property statewide.
After the storm, residents had to go to Gallatin if they needed to go to the post office.
Postal officials said they were busy trying to assign post office boxes and distribute new keys. Mail carriers needed to reorganize in smaller quarters.
The postal trailer is a temporary for postal service until a new building is constructed.
