1 (8-10-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1/3 c juice)
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c butter
Separate crescent rolls and place 1 or 2 peach slices in each roll; roll crescent roll around peach slice. Place in an 8 X 8-inch baking dish sprayed with vegetable spray. Repeat with remaining rolls and peach slices. Spread crushed pineapple on top of rolls. Heat reserved pineapple juice, sugar and butter in a glass bowl in the microwave and bring to a boil. Pour over fruit rolls and bake in a 375 F oven for 35-45 minutes or until rolls become golden brown. Serve with whipping cream or ice cream if desired. Yield: 4-5 servings.
