Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups or 24 mini muffin cups. Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl and blend well. Stir in oil, eggs, whiskey and sweet pecans and remaining sugar. Bake 15 to 20 minutes for regular muffins; 10 to 13 minutes for mini muffins. Makes 12 regular or 24 mini muffins.
