Rape Victim Speaks Out At Wooded Rapist's Arraignment
FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Robert Jason Burdick was once again in court.
Burdick, the alleged Wooded Rapist, was in a Williamson County court Tuesday morning. Burdick was arraigned on a 14 count indictment, which stemmed from four different victims. The charges against him included rape and kidnapping.
In all, Burdick has been suspected in more than 13 rapes spanning more than a decade. The attacks happened in Williamson, Davidson and Wilson Counties.
One of Burdick's Williamson County alleged victims was in court Tuesday to witness the arraignment. Elizabeth Miller, who was 16 at the time of the incident, said that Burdick kidnapped and raped her in November 1999.

Burdick has already been arraigned for attacks in Wilson and Davidson Counties, and he has also been assigned a different public defender for all three counties.
The alleged Wooded Rapist will be back in a Williamson County court on July 15, 2008.
