Get ready for the summer with this edition of Urban Outlook. They also share tips on getting outside of your comfort zone and enjoying what Nashville has to offer. Plus, Peter Woolfolk from the Tennessee Jazz and Blues Society and saxophone artist Joe Johnson preview the Jazz on the Lawn concerts at the Belle Meade Plantation.

Get updates and get involved with this edition of Urban Outlook. You can make a difference in a child's life by volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Learn what CASA does on a daily basis and how you can help. CASA's executive director Jane Andrews and volunteer Alvin Johnson talk about the organization. Alvin shares his personal story and talks about why he gives his time to this important program. Plus, filmmaker Nina Kennedy gives us an update on the film about her father, longtime Fisk Jubliee Singers Director Matthew Kennedy. She also talks about the new soundtrack from the film. And, Tuwanda Coleman takes us into the studio of Sylvanye Sam Roh to see her warm glass art creations.
