DAISY KING / MISS DAISY'S KITCHEN

1/2  lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb butter, softened
2 eggs
1 t garlic salt
1 t onion salt
16 slices white bread 

In a mixer or blender combine the cheese and butter.  Add eggs and salt.  Whip until creamy. Spread mixture on a slice of bread, place another slice of bread on top and spread with cheese mixture. (you may remove the crust if desired.) Sprinkle with paprika.  Cut into halves or fourths.  Place on a baking pan and bake for 10-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.  These may be frozen and baked as needed.
