1 c crushed pecan shortbread cookies

2 c Mnago Madness Ice Cream, divided

1/2 c strawberry or raspberry preserves, divided                  

Whipped Cream

2 pecan halves                                                 

Place strawberry or raspberry preserves in small glass bowl and soften in microwave for 30-60 seconds on HIGH.  In two  tall glasses, parfait glasses or sundae glasses layer 1/4 cup crushed cookies, 1/2 cup ice cream and 1 tablespoon melted preserves.  Repeat layers in each glass and top with whipped cream and 1 pecan half.  Yield:  2 servings
