The man who was the focus Thursday night of a NewsChannel 5 investigation tonight sits in jail
We showed you last night how customers paid Mike Nezer and his Nashville company Classic Muscle thousands of dollars to restore their vintage cars, but the work was never done.
Now NewsChannel 5 has learned that Nezer has been arrested in Kentucky for writing a bad check worth $38,000.
He's now facing felony charges and court sources tell us he's been unable to make bond.
Nezer is also set to go on trial on federal fraud charges in January.
