Raz Ademosu / Raz'z Bar & Grill
4-1/2 t fresh garlic
1 c fresh squeezed lime
6 oz honey (hot)
1-1/2 c white wine
1-1/2 t ground black pepper
1-1/4 T seasoning salt
1/3 bunch parsley (stems only)
1 t cayenne pepper
1 c cold water
1 T Rosemary
2 whole chickens (cut each into 8 pieces)
Mix all ingredients with a wire whisk. Place chicken in a large bowl. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and hold for 48 to 72 hours. Grill (or broil) for about 4 minutes on each side, until chicken is cooked through.
