4 c Holiday Spice Ice Cream
3/4 c pumpkin
1/4 c light brown sugar
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1 9-inch chocolate crumb crust
1/2 c chopped pecans
Chocolate syrup
Soften ice cream in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour filling into crumb crust. Place in freezer until firm. Soften at room temperature for 5 minutes or until easy to cut. Sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Yield: 6-8 servings.
