Ft. Campbell Soldiers To Be Arraigned On Murder Charges

FORT CAMPBELL, Tenn.- Two Ft. Campbell soldiers will be arraigned next week on charges of pre-meditated murder in the shooting death of an Iraqi detainee.

Post officials say Staff Sgt. Hal Warner and 1^st Lt. Michael Behenna will appear Monday before a military judge at the post. The 101st Airborne soldiers are charged in the May death of Ali Mohammed.

Warner faces additional charges of accessory after the fact and obstruction of justice.
