CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - A Clarksville mother accused of setting a fire that killed her two children was being held without bond Thursday morning.

The judge ruled releasing 35-year-old Billi Jo Smallwood would pose a danger to the public.

Prosecutors said Smallwood set the fire that killed her 9-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter. Smallwood's husband, an army specialist, and youngest daughter were not hurt in the fire.

Smallwood could face execution if she's convicted.
