13 oz. Tortilla chips
6 oz Chili
6 oz. Cheese sauce
6 oz.Pico de Gallo (drained)
8 oz. mixed Cheese
1 ¼ oz Sour Cream
1 ½ oz.Guacamole
¼ c Pickled Jalapenos
1. In a large bowl, layer half of the Tortilla Chips, half of the Chili, half of the Cheese sauce, half of the Pico de Gallo and remaining tortilla chips.
2.Place an oven-proof plate over the bowl and flip over.
3.Cover nachos evenly with remaining Chili, Cheese sauce, Pico de Gallo and mixed cheese.
4. Place nachos under the broiler until all the cheese is evenly melted. Watch so it doesn’t burn.
5. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and guacamole on center top of nachos.
