When I heard that Et Voila food truck would be parked at a location near me, I decided to pull up their menu online. This food truck is too good to be true. It’s like a high-end, delicacy-delivering machine on wheels. Food from a truck shouldn’t be this fancy – but it is!
It’s all due to Chef Alain Treville, inside cooking up a delicacy for his customers. Born and raised in France, he moved to Nashville and brought his impressive cooking skills and love for food with him. He spent the last 25 years working as a chef throughout Europe and now, lucky for us, he brings his authentic taste of French street food – to us Nashvillians. The best way to describe his food is by comparing it to when you walk into a bakery or bistro. He even makes the baguettes, beignets, and pastries fresh every day.
Et Voila offers great selections of quiches, soups, sandwiches and baguettes, but it’s the desserts that make my list for a Music City Must! The crème brulee, beignets with sea salt caramel sauce, and mixed berry tart with chantilly cream are all only $5 each!
