NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Music Industry Legend Tandy Rice has been laid to rest.
A funeral service was held for the 76-year-old Saturday.
He died this week from respiratory failure.
The Franklin native founded talent agency Top Billing International and helped launch the careers of some of the biggest names in country music, including Porter Waggoner and Dolly Parton.
Rice was also a veteran in the Air Force.
