A Franklin man was charged with his second DUI after a crash involving two vehicles.
Officials with Franklin Police said 29-year-old Joseph Bibb was arrested Tuesday night in Franklin.
Bibb was involved in a two-car crash at Mallory Lane and Liberty Pike.
Police said he rear-ended a car in front of him at 8 p.m.
When officers arrived on the scene, they said Bibb exhibited obvious signs of impairment.
He was taken into custody and charged with DUI, his second offense. He was later freed on a $2,000 bond.
