When you see a homeless person, it can be difficult to see beyond the sign they’re holding, the worn clothes they’re wearing…and often – the look of despair in their eyes. But you just never know what lies beneath the surface of the outer appearance. Many homeless people have untapped potential and talents they don’t even know they have. A social enterprise nonprofit has been created to tap into the artistic potential of our homeless community - and they’re discovering there’s a lot of talent and creativity there. We’re going to highlight the works of the nonprofit - Poverty and the Arts. Hear how they’re working to stamp out.. and change the face of homelessness.
