Firebirds Wood Fired Grill's Cocktail Recipes

John Glenn from Firebirds Wood Fired Grill shared new cocktail ideas to mix up for fall. Wild Berry Ginger Mule  

Ingredients: 

1 oz. – Wild Berry Preparation Liquid – See recipe below 

.5 oz. – Fresh Lime Juice 

1.5 oz. – Reyka Vodka 

3 oz. – Owens Ginger Beer 

Lime Wedge 

Mint Sprig 

Directions: 

Combine all liquid ingredients except ginger beer in a mixing tin.  Fill tin with ice, shake 25 times, pour into copper mug and top with ginger beer.  Garnish with Mint Spring and Lime Wedge.  Cheers! 

Wild Berry Preparation Liquid 

  • 5 oz. - Monin Raspberry Concentrate 

  • 3 oz. - Monin Strawberry Concentrate 

  • 3 oz. - Monin Blackberry Concentrate 

  • 1.2 oz. Monin Ginger Concentrate 

Add all ingredients to a squirt bottle, refrigerate for future use. 

 

Winter Is Here Cocktail

Ingredients: 

2 oz. Belvedere Citrus Vodka 

.75 oz. – Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur 

.25 oz. – Carpano Sweet Vermouth 

1 oz. – Fresh Orange Juice 

.5 oz. – Cranberry Juice 

Directions: 

Fill shaker glass or mixing tin half full of ice.  Measure and pour the vodka, blood orange liqueur and sweet vermouth.  Stir with a long bar spoon 25 times.  Using a julep strainer, strain the drink into a fresh frosted martini glass.  Garnish with lemon peel.  Cheers!
