Multiple apartments were damaged in a fire at an East Nashville apartment complex.
The fire broke out at the complex at 719 Neil Avenue around 12:24 p.m.
It was unclear what started the fire, and the investigation was ongoing.
Crews worked to repair the roof before the sun went down. The buildings suffered water and smoke damage.
A resident told NewsChannel 5 that this was the second fire that has happened at the complex in the last two months.
