Two sisters have been reported missing in Allen County, Kentucky.
On May 18, the Kentucky Department of Protection and Permanency ordered emergency custody of 13-year-old Jezzie Whitney and her 11-year-old sister, Cassie.
However, neither child could be located.
Police said they believe they are with their mother, Melissa Scott.
There’s an active warrant for Scott's arrest. It’s unclear why she’s wanted by authorities.
