Police have asked for the public’s help finding a missing 28-year-old man.
Officials said Johnathan Armstrong was last seen at a friend’s apartment on July 6 on 11th Avenue South. Reports stated his cell phone was turned off the next morning.
Armstrong’s sister reported him missing on July 10.
He was described as standing around 5’9’’ tall and weighing approximately 155 pounds. Officials said Armstrong has tattoos on his neck and under his left eye.
