Metro police have been looking for the person who stabbed a man in the head.
The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday on Murfreesboro Pike near Fesslers Lane in front of the Lee Motel.
Metro Police said two men began arguing, and one pulled out a knife and stabbed the other.
The victim was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with serious injuries.
The suspect allegedly left the scene in a gray Honda.
