The Nashville Predators held auditions to find their next National Anthem singer following the controversial exit of their previous singer during the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Auditions for the 2017-2018 season were held Thursday night at Bridgestone Arena during the Preds' open house.

Former singer, Dennis K. Morgan, disassociated himself with the team during the Western Conference Final, reportedly saying he was hurt by the team's use of "A-listers" brought in to sing before each game.

Fans were given the opportunity to vote for their favorite singer on the Preds' website during the preseason.
