The Williamson County Planning Commission approved the concept plan for Stephens Valley, a controversial development.
The development is a 726-acre, $1 billion plan off Sneed Road.
Opponents have argued that the development is surrounded by two-lane roads, and is more than the area can handle.
However, the developer tells us he's planning millions of dollars in road improvements to handle the extra traffic.
