The Nashville Sounds Baseball Club has been getting ready for the new season at First Tennessee Park, and the team has been needing a little help.

Saturday, the Sounds held its final job fair for seasonal employees.

The goal has been to hire 250 to 300 people to help out with the new season.

People showed up to apply for dozens of available positions, and they wanted to meet someone who enjoys being a people-person.

“But if you still want to apply and you weren’t able to make it to the job fair, you can still stop by First Tennessee Park at 19 Jr. Gilliam Way in Downtown Nashville and you can fill out an application and it will get to us, and we will give you a call as quickly as possible,” said Katherine Dunn, of the Nashville Sounds.

For those who have been ready for winter to be over, this year the Sounds begin the season at First Tennessee Park when they host the Oklahoma City Dodgers April 7. The game has been slated to begin at 6:35 p.m.
