Brentwood High School volleyball star Logan Eggleston was presented with the award as the Tennessee Gatorade Player of the Year Sunday on Newschannel 5's Electric Power Company's Sunday Sports Central.
Eggleston helped lead the Bruins to a fourth straight state championship in November, being named the MVP of the State Tournament.
For the season, the sophomore outside hitter registered 406 kills, 184 digs, and 52 blocks.
A member of the U.S. Youth Volleyball team, Eggleston has committed to play college volleyball at the University of Texas.
