A robbery investigation overnight led police to a body inside a car at a grocery store parking lot.
Officers with Metro Nashville Police were on patrol along Bell Road looking for a stolen, black Mazda that had been used in several robberies.
They spotted a car matching that description in a grocery store parking lot, pulled up to check, and found a man slumped over dead in the front seat.
Upon further investigation, officers determined it not the car involved in the robberies.
The incident remains under investigation, but at this point there was no sign of foul play.
