One person has died in an early morning, single-car crash in Montgomery County.
The incident happened shortly after 5 a.m. Wednesday on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard near the post office.
Details of the crash were not available. However, authorities had identified the driver who was killed as 35-year-old Jason Scott Jones, of Clarksville.
Officials with the Clarksville Police Department said Jones died at the scene. No one else was in the car.
Police said Wilma Rudolph Boulevard had been blocked while officials remained on the scene. Around 9:15 a.m. authorities confirmed the roadway had reopened.
