The dogs found inside the house included Chihuahuas, Chihuahua mixes, and Shih Tzus.

Several Labradors and hounds were also found outside with no food or water.

The property owner was cited with animal cruelty.

All the dogs have been moved to an emergency shelter in Lebanon where they will get the medical care they need before eventually being adopted into loving homes.
