Franklin Firefighters Pull Victim From Burning Car

A victim was pulled from a burning car by a group of Franklin firefighters who were off duty.

The four firefighters were actually on their way to the Titans game when they noticed the incident on the interstate.

The crash happened shortly before noon Sunday on Interstate 65 North near the Harding Place exit.

Battalion Chief Eddy House, Captain Scott Mainord, Captain Clay Mackey, and firefighter Alex Enoch passed the crash and took action by pulling the victim from the burning car.

No further details were immediately available, including the victim’s identity and condition.
