A trial date has been set for the man accused of killing a 13-year-old Lebanon girl in a drive-by shooting.
The trial for Joseph C. Hendry was scheduled to begin May 16 in Wilson County.
Hendry has been charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of C'Asia Watkins.
Police said he shot more than a dozen rounds into a Lebanon home in 2015, hitting Watkins in the head while she slept. She passed away three days later.
A representative from Judge Brody Kane's office said jurors would be brought in from Smith County in the case.
