Metro Nashville Police officers have responded to the scene of a body found.
The body was discovered by a fisherman at the Hobson Bridge at 2799 Hobson Pike around 7 p.m.
Officials said the body was found about 300 yards away from the water. Details surrounding the incident were unclear.

Officials did not yet know if it was a male or female.
