2 Caught, 1 At Large After Bedford County Escape

Two inmates have been caught and one remains at large after an early-morning escape in Bedford County. 

According to the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office, Steven Eric Mangrum, Andrew Phillip Marshall, and Kevin Lane Farrar escaped sometime between 3:15 a.m. and 4 a.m. Tuesday.

They were being held at the Bedford County Workhouse, located at 203 Lane Parkway in Shelbyville.

Mangrum and Marshall have since been caught. A reward of up to $1,000 has been offered for Farrar's arrest. 

He was being held for aggravated assault, evading arrest and resisting arrest.
