Could this diet help prevent breast cancer?

Scientists are constantly looking to find ways to help people fend off breast cancer. 

Now there is a diet some scientists are scrutinizing to see if it could be a key to dropping the number of people who get breast cancer. 

Scientists are looking at the Mediterranean diet that includes lots of olive oil, fish, nuts, fruits and legumes as one possible way to help people reduce the risk of breast cancer. 

A study that was published in September in JAMA: Internal Medicine tested 4,000 women between the ages of 60-to-80. The study compared different diets, but the study does contain limitations.
