One of three inmates who escaped from the Bedford County Jail has been captured.
Kevin Farrar, who the sheriff said has escaped at least five times before, was arrested Friday evening.
He and two other inmates, Andrew Phillip and James David Stinnett, escaped from the jail Thursday afternoon.
The inmates climbed inside the AC ventilation duct work, inside the ceiling of the jail. Once they reached a vent on an exterior wall, they used the sheet rope to get to the ground.
