An $11,000 reward has been renewed in the murder of Ryan Scott Trent.

Trent’s family renewed the reward for information leading to the arrest of those involved in the fatal shooting.

The 29-year-old was shot and killed on Ellington Parkway on September 28, 2016 during the early morning hours.

Trent was found in his white Chevrolet Silverado. It had ran off Ellington Parkway’s northbound lanes into a tree line at Briley Parkway.

Family members said they were initially told he had died in a car wreck, but they later found out he had been shot. He was driving home from work at the time.

The $11,000 reward that was previously offered was good until October 2018 but without any leads, the family is unwilling to give up hope.
