13-Year-Old Injured In Accidental Shooting

A 13-year-old was injured in an accidental shooting in Nashville on Nolensville Pike.

According to Metro Nashville Police officials, the teen was shot while in a car with three other people.

One of the individuals shot him in the leg. They then drove to a vacant lot at the 300 block of Wallace Road where police responded.

The juvenile was transported to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt with a non-life threatening injuries.

His father also went to the hospital. Youth Services responded as well as CSI.
