Two people have been arrested in Grundy County in the death of Dylan Winton.
Reports stated 40-year-old Jamie Nunley, of Tracy City, and 24-year-old Donovan Dakota Hargis, of Gruetli-Laager, were arrested overnight, Wednesday into Thursday, in Burnsville, North Carolina.
The couple had previously been located by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office in Westminster, South Carolina.
Nunley and Hargis were taken into custody with the help of the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office in Seneca, South Carolina. Investigators there were able to learn the two had fled to North Carolina where they were arrested by the Yancey County Sheriff’s Office.
Both were taken into custody without incident and appeared in court Thursday for an extradition hearing.
