MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Fire officials have been investigating suspicious vehicle fires at a local townhome complex.
Thursday afternoon at Summit Townhomes in Murfreesboro firefighters found a Ford truck fully engulfed in flames, and in front of a different building, they found a Nissan on fire.
Both vehicles were destroyed, and one building suffered heat damage.
Those with the Fire Marshal's Office said they have two subjects of interest in the fires.
Authorities said they believe both fires were intentionally set, but no arrests have been made.
A joint investigation began between Murfreesboro Fire & Rescue and the police department after reports of an aggravated burglary surfaced at the same location.
