2 Separate Investigations Lead To 4 Arrests, Marijuana Grow Operations

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Four people have been arrested after two separate investigations uncovered marijuana grow operations Wednesday.

In one case, detectives executed a search warrant at home in the 700 block of Bonnalake Drive following a tip.

Authorities seized 120 marijuana plants and 51 grams of processed marijuana along with $48,785 cash and a vehicle.

Both 61-year-old Danny Dennison and his wife, 52-year-old Nora Dennison, were arrested and charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana for resale, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Both of their bonds were set at $102,500 each.

The second investigation took detectives to an apartment in the 3900 block of Andrew Jackson Way. Following a drug complaint, a search warrant was executed.

Officials found 16 marijuana plants, 221 grams of processed marijuana, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia.

Both 22-year-old Christopher Hutchinson and his girlfriend, 24-year-old Angela Simmons, were charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana for resale, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Officials said their bonds were set at $52,500 each.
