Three men have been arrested for allegedly scamming homeowners.
Bob Davis, Walter Pittman, and David Kirkland were served indictments in Cumberland County relating to home improvement disputes.
State officials say they received a number of complaints from residents regarding the men offering contract work, but never following through after getting paid.
