Acme Feed and Seed reopened two floors after a deck collapsed on the rooftop over the weekend.
patrons had to maneuver over the collapse area to get off the roof of the building in lower Broadway.
Fire Crews responded and put up a stop work order until codes and inspectors could come out. They deemed the rest of the building safe to use Tuesday.
The owner, Thomas Morales, told NewsChannel 5 the roof is fine and that it was just a the deck that didn't hold up.
Morales said they planned to re-do the deck at the end of the year anyway. He says it's the first rooftop that was opened on Lower Broadway and they were already making plans for an update.
