Posted

It's a timeless tale of a boy who never grows up, but one local performance made sure everyone can share in the love for the story of Peter Pan.

The Hillsboro Players opened their run of Peter Pan with a special school day performance on Friday.

In this special production, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, and the Lost Boys all sign a portion of their lines to each other for audience members who may be hearing impaired.

Hillsboro High School is Metro's Deaf Education high school. West End Middle and Akin Elementary students were also invited to Friday's show.
