An alleged serial sex predator was arrested after repeatedly preying on women in the Williamson Square Shopping Center.
Police officials said 27-year-old Arthur Westbrook, of Antioch, targeted women in the shopping area on April 9 and April 20.
He was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of indecent exposure. He is free on the $1,000 bond set by the Magistrate and due in court on June 7.
Westbrook was arrested while working at a business on Murfreesboro Road, close to where both crimes were committed.
