NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Another suspect has been arrested as the result of an accident that occurred last weekend when a large group of bikers driving ATVs took over the streets of Nashville.

Lemarcus D. Walker, 32, of Toone, Tennessee has been charged after he allegedly left the scene of an injury crash last Sunday afternoon. Walker is also charged with reckless driving.

According to police, the victim, 53-year-old Samuel Vester was stopped at a red light in his vehicle at the intersection of Dickerson Pike and Maplewood Trace when a large group of ATVS and dirtbikes came down the road.

These drivers drove their vehicles around others who were stopped at the intersection.

Walker allegedly popped a wheelie close to Vester's vehicle but lost control midway through the trick, striking the car and falling off his ATV.

While Walker lay on the ground, a black pickup truck arrived and several other bikers loaded Walker's damaged ATV into the bed of the truck.

Walker also got into the truck and the vehicle drove away.

Just after the crash, Vester was using his cell phone to photograph others riding ATVs when an unidentified rider pulled up, put a metal object into Vester's side, and robbed him of his phone.

Walker was later taken into custody, along with the woman who was driving the truck that picked him up. He denied any involvement in the hit and run and both he and the woman were released.

However, a photo lineup was shown to Vester at a later date and he identified Walker at the rider who had crashed into him.

Walker then surrendered for booking on Thursday but was subsequently released after posting a $2,000 bond.

Police are still searching for the suspect who robbed the victim of his phone.
