The Nashville Metro Development Housing Agency committee approved and asked for more details on new development concepts of Nashville Ballpark Apartments around First Tennessee Park.

The MDHA committee met Tuesday to discuss the development.
The presentation showed a 6-story development planned to sit beside the First Tennessee Park. It was scheduled to open Spring of 2018.
The apartments will include 400 multi-family units and 25,000-square-feet of retail space.
