NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Another arrest warrant was issued for the host of the House of Fashion party, which violated Nashville's COVID-19 restrictions in August.

A Davidson County General Sessions judge issued the capias warrant Friday for 40-year-old Christopher “Shi” Eubank because he failed to appear in court for a hearing on violating the emergency health orders.

Eubank and 36-year-old Jeffrey Mathews reportedly hosted the large party on Fern Avenue which was promoted as the unveiling for The Fashion House. Both men were charged with three Class-A misdemeanors on August 11.

The health orders required Davidson Co. residents to wear face masks while in public and limited gatherings to 25 people or fewer among other things. Police say neither were followed at the party. Eubank initially surrendered to police on Aug. 26 on the three outstanding arrests warrants.
