The owner of a bonding company became the victim of an armed robbery while attempting to recover money from a woman he bailed out of jail.
Police said Theresa Johnson met the man at a park in the 800 block of Delray Avenue in Nashville after telling him she had money for him.
While the pair was talking, two men approached them and assaulted him.
The victim said he lost consciousness. When he woke up, one of the men was on his chest holding a knife to his throat, while the other robbed him.
Johnson's father led police to Justin Brummett, Johnson's boyfriend. The victim identified Brummett and his cousin, Michael Adams, in a photo lineup.
The two men were charged with aggravated robbery with a weapon.
