Leaders of the Black Caucus have called for action in the case of a bullying incident that led to the arrests of children.

While at the state capitol, caucus members said they want the records of those children to be wiped clean.

NewsChannel 5 obtained this video of the events that lead to the arrest of those Hobgood Elementary school students.

It showed several kids bullying one child. While trying to walk away from the group the other children, taunt, and hit the child.

Representative Brenda Gilmore said action needed to be taken so that it wouldn’t happen again.

Gilmore said she was shocked then angered after seeing the video of what she said wasn't even a fight.
