Rape suspect, Bradley Madden has decided to fight his extradition to Tennessee.
He was briefly in an Allen County courtroom Thursday.
Bradley is the son of Timothy Madden, the man accused of murdering and raping 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin in Scottsville.
Bradley Madden was arrested in Kentucky for making threats to authorities.
He has since been charged with four statutory rape charges out of Macon County, Tennessee in an unrelated case.
